Sales Support Specialist – MADRID (Onsite/Remote)

Your mission
As Sales Support Specialist, you will support our managers in the sales process as follows:
  
  • Prospect sales leads according to specific services categories, geographies and industries  
  • Reach out to interested customers through e-mail, LinkedIn, videocalls and telephone  
  • Build relationships with interested customers
  • Qualify leads  
  • Set appointments so that senior managers can follow up accordingly  
  • Create opportunities and quotations in our CRM  
  • Maintain our CRM with information about pricing and other customer related information  
  • Produce reports for senior management about your interaction with leads and customers 

Your most important task will be to set appointments with interested customers so that our senior managers can follow up towards closing a deal.
Your profile
You will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • High level or native speaker of Spanish and English  
  • Excellent communication skills  
  • IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word  
  • Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets  
  • A professional and courteous disposition
  • Excellent organizational and administration skills 
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities:
  
  • Familiarity with the Translation industry or the services industry in general  
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM  
  • Previous experience in a sales role  
  • German native speaker 
About the role
To support our sales process, we are now looking for a Sales Support Specialist. You can work from our office in Madrid or remotely within Spain. If you work remotely, you should be willing to come to the office every now and then for meetings.

 Compensation:
  • Base salary plus commission
